I have deposited over 80 euro on my account I was winning but took a break for hour but now I can not access or find the site says cannot find server I've emailed them but it's failed I have no way of getting in touch with them. This is not right can you please help.

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I’m sorry to hear about your problem. I have tried to access the website with a British VPN (Virtual Private Network) and I experienced the same difficulties (please see below).
I contacted the casino representative and as soon as I receive any reply, I will inform you. I will set the timer for 7 days and if the issue continues next week, we will determine how to proceed.

What's that mean? it's already got a bad rating by the looks of things. So they just get away with my money? That's cruel basically they're just thieve's. With what's going on in the world too. Is there nothing I can do to try get my money back please nick. Appreciate your help TC stay safe.
Unfortunately, when a casino does not respond to us, there's not much we can do, it's like talking to a wall. All I can recommend is to try to play in a better rated casino. Also, if we won't be able to help you in this case, only the licensing authority would be able to help you retrieve your money.
