Hello, so I won 3000 NOK at casino1337, i fully verified account, and made a withdrawal 06.02.2024.

I fully wagered bonus with all terms and conditions.

I still not received any money.


But when I write to the casino, they say that they are facing a "Technical problems" and dont tell me, when they will be able to send me the money.


Maybe Casino Guru team can help.

So, No in past i didnt had any withdrawals so far, casino didnt offered me any alernative ways to withdraw money. I was in contact with casino 5 days ago and no news,


P.S. When I write this, there is no news about my withdrawal

Ok, i have sent chat with their representative and approval, that they are canceling withdrawal for no reason to tomas@casino.guru


They are keep canceling all the time, and when I ask, why they are doing so, they respond that i just need to make a new withdrawal and they will process it, but i did it for 4 or 5 times allready, please help
