The player’s withdrawal has been pending for more than 2 weeks. Casino didn't respond.
Deposited a small amount with no bonus. Got the balance up to 50 and got bored. Selected it for withdrawal and it’s currently been sitting in pending withdrawal for 15 days. Emailed the casino and tried online chat to no avail. No reply to emails and now my account is locked and I cannot get back. Total scam casino, don’t waste your time

Could you please advise if it were your first withdrawal attempt in this casino? Which payment method you have opted for? Is your account verified in the casino?
It’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account, especially if it’s your first withdrawal. Also please if you have any relevant conversation with the casino regarding your case send it to nikolas.b@guruadmins.com.

Hi, I deposited with a visa debit card and yes it was my first withdrawal. I have been checking my emails expecting them to ask for documents but I have recieved nothing from them.

No there is no option and my account is now locked. I can no longer access the site
What explanation did the casino give you? Is it because of the verification process or they closed your account permanently?
I have had no explanation, no email no contact. I emailed them 3 times at the email address listed on their site.
each time the email bounced back as unknown. I have tried online chat for hours and hours and never speak to anyone

We would like to ask the Casino Venetian to reply to this complaint. We are extending the timer by 7 days. If the casino fails to respond in the set time frame, we will close the complaint as ‘unresolved’.
I apologize, but since we haven’t received any response from the casino regarding the issue, we cannot continue resolving this complaint and we are forced to close it as ‘unresolved’.
I am very sorry I couldn't help more, but at least closing this complaint as unresolved will negatively influence the casino's rating and other players can read about your experience in our review.
