I would like to warn you, that if your deposit has never been credited to your casino account, the only thing you can do is to contact your payment provider. They need to investigate, but bear in mind, that it’s a lengthy process which takes approximately one month. In these cases, the casino has its hands tied. Meanwhile, I would strongly recommend not depositing any more funds until the issue is sorted.
If the money got lost during the transaction, it’s going to take some time before it’ll be credited to your casino account.
Could you please advise if it was your first deposit in this casino? Please forward your payment receipt with all the visible details of the transaction to petronela.k@casino.guru.

there reputation is very good in Saa … Abd yes people think there is hé again ! Got all my paperwork/ bank etc … so hopefully the casino comes with a prober respond . Meanwhile going to see where I can spent my money .

I took contact .. because I tried without problems a deposit. The information they have now is not enough . They want more papers from the bank. Just close this …. Spent so much more then 500 Rand . And winning .. not higher then 3000 Rand.. so I told them I gimme take a holiday … that Money is just gone .
