I accidentally bet too much with 1 spin after wagering a ridiculous amount from a £5 bonus. They have cancelled my withdrawal and left me with nothing. Really quite harsh.

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I fully understand how difficult the whole situation must be for you. I checked the Bonus Terms on the website, and this is what I found:

„14. Casino SuperWins reserves the right to withhold any withdrawals and/or confiscate all winnings and Bonuses for irregular play. "Irregular play" may include, inter alia:

14.1 Placing single bets equal to or greater than 30% from the value of the Bonus, deposit or Comp Points value credited to the player account."

The max bet rule is, in fact, an industry standard, just as the fact that a casino has the right to seize the player's winnings from bonus play after breaking this rule.

However, if you feel like you have been accused by mistake, feel free to forward your game history from the bonus play to kristina.s@casino.guru.
