They are a scam, when you deposit real money and specifically decline heir bonus, they still send an email saying that bonus has been added. even if you dont play with the bonus money, they still tie you in with all the restrictions and you cannot withdraw your real money until you have wagered thousands of pounds!!!!!!!

„ Players will automatically receive the bonuses in the welcome package on their first three deposits at the casino. All bonuses relevant to the welcome package will be automatically issued upon deposit."

"Players can cancel a bonus by contacting our 24/7 customer support. This can only be done before a bet is placed. Players can contact our 24/7 customer support to stop automatic bonuses before they deposit."

I wish I could be of more help unfortunately, if the casino shares all the relevant information on its website, there is not much I can do for you in this matter. I would strongly recommend reading all the T&Cs carefully before you start playing to avoid any misunderstandings in the future. Could you please advise if you successfully opted out from any future promotional offers?

Thank you for your reply & efforts in looking into this matter, I highly appreciate it.


Please note that the option of getting bonuses is presented when I first deposited cash in the casino and I ensured not to click on it and not to opt for it! Once That was done I unassumingly started playing and later I got an email saying that bonuses have been added to my account to my surprise!


Nevertheless I further ensured not to play with the bonuses, just in case there are strings attached, and only played real cash games, but this casino is such a money grabbing deceptive entity that ties your real cash in with bonuses and demands ridiculous wagering requirements.


Their terms and conditions is an outrageous abuse of T&C's, and is fundamentally underhand.


I guess being a Russia based casino enables them to run any scam they please!


I realize that you cannot do much further about this case, and I am disputing the transaction through my bank to hopefully get a refund, but nevertheless I than you again for your efforts.
