Have you lost it while playing or the casino confiscated the amount? Could you also specify how long have you been waiting for the verification (after you have sent all the necessary documents)?

Occasionally, the casino launches additional deep verification when they investigate your gameplay it can take a few more days (two weeks are acceptable by our Gambling Codex).
