I created an account last weekend on this Casino and I bet 100 dollars there was a bonus of 100 dollars for the new ones in order to have 200 dollars to play, I thus started to play and I gained 445 dollars I had not yet checked my account and I had not put the good information at the level of my date of birth (error of my share) because I simply wanted to make a test and did not think of gaining basis, I told myself I'd rectify it, but then I was in a hurry to play and see if it really worked, so I quickly went through the account creation stage, then I tried to contact them to modify my profile with the right information so that my profile could be verified thanks to my ID, and they started making me go round in circles just to change the information? Since when can't you modify your information? Besides, it was only my date of birth that was the problem, and I'd like to point out that I'm 30 years old, so I didn't do it to look older. But after several unsuccessful emails to technical support, they stopped replying and my money remains blocked on their site because my account can't be verified, and now when I try to verify my account I can't even access this verification they tell me to send an email to technical support.


I think it's a fraudulent site because many people have left reviews saying that it's impossible to have your account verified even without having made the mistake I made, that it's impossible to verify your account and therefore get your winnings back, others say they've been waiting to be contacted for months and the money still hasn't arrived in their accounts, there's no way to contact them by phone and the chat remains untraceable, they reply to emails evasively and don't give any solutions. 

What can I do? 


On trust pilote there are only complaints and they delete the complaints where they answer that they did what was necessary when it is not true go check you will see, please help us!
