hello I won about 4500 euros a year ago and then wanted to have 4000 euros paid out about 1 month ago I got the money credited back to my account because something went wrong, I don't know.
Now I have only given 250 euros for payment and I still have nothing.

Hello, so my first payout was on March 23rd, 2021, my account was already verified but I don't have any more emails from it.
Yes, I played with a deposit bonus and continued to play until the wallet was empty and I was able to withdraw.
The current payout is from 01/26/2022

Hello, I think you misunderstood me.
So my balance was not invalidated, the wallet was a bonus condition that had to be played down to zero so that you could only then make a payout. I did that and had the money paid out to me, but nothing ever came up, even after several requests
Up until a few weeks ago they said something went wrong and they would credit me back with what happened.
Now this time I only took a small amount of it for a renewed payment, which has still not come until now.

Generally, we would now try to get in touch with the casino and ask for their explanation, however, this one has 15+ cases closed as "No Reaction Policy," which clearly shows the casino is not interested in cooperating with us.
Sadly, we are forced to close your complaint as "unresolved."This will affect the overall rating of the casino. I understand this isn't a satisfactory solution to your issue however, the decrease of rating caused by unresolved complaints could change the casino's approach.

We have sent numerous emails and tried to communicate with live chat representatives as well as with affiliate team members. Unfortunately, all efforts resolving any kind of issue have died as the complaints grew in numbers. We strictly recommend staying away from Casino MGA. I wish I could be of more help.
