made my first deposit of $10CAD to try the site out. Made my deposit through E-Transfer and the site had auto-deposit set up. My $10 was taken out from my bank account but my casino account was never credited. They did receive and accepted my deposit. It’s been almost a week now and still not resolved. They claim to have 24/7 and live chat support but this not true. Live chat is ran by Bots. No answers the phone with the number they provided. Dealing with them through email is a big headache because they take forever to respond. It’s only $10 but thank god I didn’t deposit hundreds in the first place. Terrible f****ing customer service. Bunch of clowns stole my $10 deposit and still has not been resolved!

I would like to warn you, that if your deposit has never been credited to your casino account, the only thing you can do is to contact your payment provider. They need to investigate, but bear in mind, that it’s a lengthy process which takes approximately one month. In these cases, the casino has its hands tied. Meanwhile, I would strongly recommend not to deposit any more funds until the issue is sorted.

Could you please advise if you have contacted your bank/payment provider? They need to be part of the investigation.

Not gonna bother with this headache anymore. At the end of the day it’s only $10. Like I would make some bullshit story up about $10! Just wanted to post about this to warn others about this site. They can keep my $10 and shove it up their ass! Bunch of thieves.

Hello Chunhonam85,

Please understand that without a proper investigation, including your payment provider or bank, you will never know where the funds ended up. As I mentioned before, if a deposit hasn’t been credited to your account, the casino has its hands tied as only the sender can track the transaction, not a receiver.

Proceed with what? Tell me what my legal options are? I ain’t looking to chase these thieves for my $10 deposit. Just a headache. What can I do from a legal aspect? I can careless about the $10. The principal behind it is more important to me. Sick of these fukin sites taking advantage of people!

I haven’t suggested legal action. I’m offering an option of contacting the casino and asking for their standpoint.

As I mentioned earlier, if your deposit has never been credited to your casino account, the only thing you can do is to contact your payment provider. They need to investigate, but bear in mind, that it’s a lengthy process which takes approximately one month. In these cases, the casino has its hands tied. Could you please advise if you’ve contacted the payment provider? They need to be part of the investigation.

It’s been ten days since your unsuccessful deposit. If the money got lost during the transaction, it’s going to take some time before it’ll be located and refunded back to your account.
