The player from Mississippi had submitted a withdrawal request less than two weeks prior to contacting us. Winnings hadn't been obtained up to that day. We had advised the player to wait for at least 14 days after the withdrawal request before submitting a complaint. However, despite our attempts to communicate and extend the response time, the player did not respond to our messages. As a result, we could not investigate further and had to reject the complaint.

ive waited for over 3 hours now for my withdrawal and still haven’t gotten it. Website claims instant payout and approval withdrawal within 10 minutes and no more then 30 minutes until it shows up in wallet.
