Hello. I want to say that I have problems with withdrawals on Casinia..


There are 3 withdrawals that Im waiting - each of them is 500 euros (Thats my limit) , here are dates of my withdrawals: 1 ( 09.08.) 2 (10.08.) and 3 (11.08.). So its almost 20 days since I am waiting.


Their support service is nice , and they always repeating me that everything is alright with my withdrawals and that I will be paided off soon. But time is go by and I still didnt receive money.


I have already been paided off on this site 8500 euros . 7000 in July (because thats monthly limit here (7000 euros per month) and my last paided off withdrawals have happened 20 days ago (3 withdrawals per 500 euros). So I have been paided off in August only 1500 euros.


Now I got 4000 euros on account balance and 1500 pending to withdrawal. All together 5500 euros.


I have cancelled all bonuses that they gifted me . Only there were some tournament gift of 20 euros that I couldnt cancel. They even said that I cant cancel those 20 euros. So its not about bonus. Anyway its written when I cant withdrawal due to bonus.


Verification is currently not required. (Its written on Verification page).


Actually everything is alright , their Service support said its only delay. But 20 days is too long for waiting.


I will send you screenshots down so you can see.


I hope you will find out answers and solve problems.

Could you please advise what types of games you played? Were they slots, live casino games, or did you participate in sports betting?

Have you accumulated your winnings from a deposit or from the tournament gift you received?

Have you submitted any identity documents to the casino, although verification is not yet required from you?

Hello . Thank you for replying and taking your time to help me .


  1. I have not played live casino or slots. I have played normal casino games , mostly I have played Book of Dead , and I have played Sport betting.


2 . No I did not get any winning from tournament gift , I lost when I played with tournament gift . Firstly I have deposited several times all together 4700 euros , I was -4700 euros , and after that I did not deposit any money , every winning was accumulated from my real money.


3 . No I have not submitted any documents because its not possible , there is no option for upload or start the process , I have sent you screenshot of Verification page where its written "It looks like your account does not require Verification .Enjoy your games." ...I have even asked Support Service to start Verification , they said that I cant start that process because its not required.


I dont know what kind of problems they have , I would like to be informed what is wrong. Support Service says that nothing is wrong and everything is alright with my withdrawals and that my money and withdrawals are safe. And that I should not worry and just to be patient . I am asking them to tell me what is wrong , they said that nothing is wrong , everything is okay. They said its just delay.


I was patient , and I had understanding and I was waited 20 days. Now I really cant wait anymore. I will take all actions that needed to get my money.

Hello


I want to say that after 23 days since i requested withdrawal I just got 500 euros on my bank account , 1 of 3 withdrawals got Completed.


I want to say thank you very much on your effort, influence and time.


I would like to know what they said , what was reason of such long delay?


UPDATE: 1 hour later I have received another 500 euros , 2nd withdrawal also got Completed!

UPDATE: 2 hours later I have received another 500 euros. 3rd withdrawal got Completed!


3 withdrawals got completed in one day! This complaint has resolved ! Im really impressed ! Really great job ! Thank you so much !




Anyway mission still isn't yet accomplished for me, I still have 4000 euros on my account , I will need 2 more days to request 3 withdrawals again , after this I think there will not be problems , but still If I stuck again , I will come here again to ask for help.

I'm happy to hear that you've received your winnings at last. Sometimes, delays in payouts can be due to gameplay investigations, issues with payment providers, or a high volume of withdrawal requests. Would you like to keep this complaint open until you receive the remaining €4000 in winnings, or should we close it for now, and you can ask to reopen it if any problems arise? Please let me know your preferred course of action.

Hello , I would like to keep this Complaint open , but I assume it can take a lot of time....8 withdrawals with delays it can take more than month....but we will see maybe they have resolved their problems in Finance Department , and maybe it will flow faster.....

Hello, my current status is pending, waiting for processing .


I have 3 withdrawals requested:


01.09 , 02.09. and 03.09. ...500 euros each of them


Only 3 withdrawals pending is possible to have on this platform.


Only 1 withdrawal is possible to request in 24 hours.


Max limit for my level is 500 euros for withdrawal.

Hello , Yesterday (07.09.) I have received 2 withdrawals on my bank account (2x 500 euros ) ....but my third withdrawal (500 euros) got Declined . That never happened to me before on this site.


After that I have requested new withdrawal (500euros) , and I have asked Support Service why my withdrawal got declined , they said that I have requested new one and if that happens again they will ask Finance Department why that happened.....


I still got 3000 euros on my account...


I will write about new happenings.......

Hello , I want to say that I have received 500 euros on my bank account today. 1 out of 3 withdrawals got Completed...I think its very positive thing ...
