The player from Germany is dissatisfied with the withdrawal process. The player later confirmed that he received the withdrawal, therefore we marked this complaint as resolved.
I applied for my payout on April 3rd, 2021 according to the terms and conditions and processed it within 3 days. Today is April 8th, 2021 and I still haven't received an email or anything else. Support always with the same answer.

That’s why we advise players to be patient and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before they submit a complaint.
