I decided that i didn't want to continue with the account and closed it, i requested a refund of the deposit i made.. After several emails i still got no reponse
Thank you for your reply, Donna. Do I understand correctly that you closed your account yourself and you no longer have access to it? Could you please confirm you only have your deposit in the account and it stayed untouched (you didn't place any bets with it)?
I closed it through the live chat on and the agent told me that i had to email them to get deposited funds returned..
I didnt play anything at all with them..
Ive received an email saying that they have issued my deposit and it will take 1-16 days, which i think is extremely long
