On November 15th, 2020 I received a birthday bonus of EUR 10.- from the aforementioned casino and was able to make a profit of EUR 500.-. On the same day, I requested payment via wire transfer and received the confirmation a day later. I can access my account at CahsiMashi and under Transactions you can see that my withdrawal is recorded as processed. Unfortunately, the amount has not yet been credited to my bank account.
I asked the casino by email on November 24th, 2020. On November 25th, 2020 I received the answer that an email had been sent to the finance department. On November 27th, 2020 I asked again. I received no answer to this request. On November 30th, 2020 I asked by email whether a solution was being worked on. To date, no answer has been received. Basically, CashiMashi is classified as a relatively serious casino and I still hope that the amount due to me will be paid out. But I am disappointed that, despite inquiries, I haven't heard anything for a week and wonder what is going wrong.

Ich habe am 15.11.2020 vom erwähnten Casino einen Geburtstagsbonus in der Höhe von EUR 10.- erhalten und konnte damit einen Gewinn von EUR 500.- erzielen. Ich forderte noch am gleichen Tag die Auszahlung via Banküberweisung (Wire transfer) an und erhielt auch bereits einen Tag später die Bestätigung. Ich kann auf mein Konto bei CahsiMashi zugreifen und unter Transaktionen ist ersichtlich, dass meine Auszahlung als bearbeitet erfasst ist. Leider ging der Betrag bis heute nicht auf meinem Bankkonto ein.
Bereits am 24.11.2020 erkundigte ich mich beim Casino per Mail. Am 25.11.2020 erhielt ich die Antwort, man habe eine Email an das Finanzdepartement geschickt. Am 27.11.2020 erkundigte ich mich erneut. Auf diese Anfrage erhielt ich keine Antwort. Am 30.11.2020 fragte ich per Mail nach, ob an einer Lösung gearbeitet werde. Bis heute ist darauf keine Antwort eingegangen. Grundsätzlich wird CashiMashi ja als relativ seriöses Casino eingestuft und ich hoffe noch immer, dass der mir zustehende Betrag ausbezahlt wird. Ich bin aber enttäuscht, dass ich trotz Anfragen seit einer Woche nichts mehr gehört habe und frage mich, was da schief läuft.
Mir ist bewusst, dass meine Problemstellung öffentlich gemacht wird. Ich bitte aber um vertraulichen Umgang mit meinen persönlichen Daten. Sollte dies nicht möglich sein, bitte ich um kurze Rückmeldung. Besten Dank!

It’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account, especially if it’s your first withdrawal. Assuming that you have completed KYC verification successfully and had your withdrawal approved, I truly believe it’s only a matter of time before you’ll receive it. Thank you for the message. Yesterday the full amount was received in my bank account and the complaint is no longer valid. The payout took too long at 17 days in my opinion. What bothered me more, however, was that my inquiries were not answered.

Besten Dank für die Nachricht. Gestern ging der vollständige Betrag auf meinem Bankkonto ein und die Beschwerde ist damit hinfällig. Die Auszahlung dauerte mit 17 Tagen meiner Meinung nach zu lange. Mehr gestört hat mich jedoch, dass man meine Anfragen nicht beantwortet hat.
