The player from Canada had a bonus added to his account automatically. We rejected the complaint because the player didn't respond to our messages and questions.
I deposited 30.00 usd. The page I deposited from said bonuses not available from thos page. I played and won over 50.00. I tried to withdraw and was blocked, saying I needed to wager over 400 because I recieved bonus buck's,. I did not request bonus bucks. I never want bonus bucks, so I was forced to play out the 50.00. I contacted them, was told it was their mistake on their page. They will not refund my initial 30.00 deposit, which I made in good faith. I feel totally ripped off.
