I made a deposit and I managed to get some winnings. At the moment I have 4,800€ on my account and they are saying that the withdrawal method is frozen because they are investigating if I used prohibited software. They also say that it will take 75 days to do that, amazing right? I was betting only on sports. I have sent all the documents needed to verify my account, which is fully verified at the moment. They will never let me withdraw any money, they find excuses all the time to delay it.
