The player from Malta had requested a withdrawal less than two weeks before submitting this complaint. Their money hadn't been received yet. The player had reported repeated withdrawal failures, which the casino had attributed to a payment provider glitch. After several correspondences, the player had confirmed that the payout was successfully received from the casino. Consequently, we had marked the complaint as resolved.

Hello,


I've never created such posts but with Campo bet it's a nightmare.


16.01.2024 Deposited 50,00€ I placed 1 bet without any bonus or something else and i won it.

16.01.2024 same day I requested a withdrawal of 175,00€


Since them, they cancelled my Withdrawal 2 times due to a payment provider issue or glitch they're stating


Meanwhile i receive Skill payments from other websites so its clearly on their end.


Everytime they want me to wait 3-5 buiness days and telling me it will be paid out but it failed 2x times!


ive requested a third time now but im loosing hope if someone could help me out thanks

This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. This delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests.
That’s why we advise players to be patient, cooperate fully with casino, and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before submitting a complaint.

If your account has been successfully verified, your game history checked, your withdrawal approved by the casino, and you still haven't received your winnings by 14 days since requesting the withdrawal, we will intervene and do our best to help you.

No the same procedure they keep telling me request it again that they take care but it's all the time the same


They're cancelling my withdrawal after 3 days and telling me to request it again due to some failure


The skill account is the same account i used to deposit and in my name obviously


i really looking forward to get some help here
