The player struggles to withdraw his winnings as it got canceled. The complaint was rejected as the player stopped responding.
The boom had an extensive technical disruption for 24 hours. Eventually I canceled the withdrawal without notice and I had to make a new one. I am now waiting to be repatriated again. According to customer service, the problem is with many players.
In addition, a player cannot restrict their play with a boom at all. Only a game account can be closed. For my part, when I asked for restrictions, it seemed that there was no desire to restrict my playing at the casino.

What kind of restrictions did you try to ask for from the casino?

The casino canceled it on my behalf without telling me. And I tried to set a daily deposit limit. They said it was not possible but a complete closure and left the debate in it.

Regarding the deposit limit - it would be great if every single casino would have the option to limit the deposits but it is unfortunately not a mandatory tool.
