I am accused of duplication. I have never played on this site before. Moreover, I went through full verification with them a few month ago. while I was making deposits and betting, they had no complaints. And now my account is blocked. I want them to sit in jail!

  • Did you achieve your current balance with the help of a bonus?

Unfortunately, these scammers blocked me from entering my personal account, so I cannot provide all the information with absolute accuracy. 


I most likely registered in May, since the first spam letter from them in my mail was sent on May 31, 2024.


I put the money for withdrawal last week. I found out about the blocking on Monday, October 14, 2024 (perhaps technically they did it a little earlier)


Since these scammers blocked me from logging into my verified account, the only screenshot of my communication with them that I can show you is a message about the account being blocked by the administrator. Everything else remained inside.


I did not accept any bonuses from them because I was playing sports betting (they do not have bonuses for sports betting)

Please understand that if you mainly placed bets on sports betting and your account has been blocked, the casino probably detected activity that requires further investigation. There are many multiple-account strategies used by players focusing on sports betting. Since we don't have enough insight into this field of online gambling, we wouldn't be able to interpret the casino's results of the investigation and/or their explanation correctly and judge this case fairly. We don't think that your complaint is unjustified, we just couldn't evaluate the issue properly. We would really like to help, but it is impossible for us this time.

I was disappointed by your answer. What difference does it make what I played? Their complaints are not about games and bets, but about the package of documents. Ok, please tell me the sites through which I can put them in jail and permanently deprive them of their gaming license.
