Have a pending withdrawal for €30000. Have had nothing back and still waiting for confirmation about any withdrawal. Also have spoken to people on the chat but had no one say about withdrawal limit which I’ve just seen. How can a casino take as much money as someone is willing to spend but then limit what they will give back over a 30 day period

Could you please advise if your account is already verified and is yes, since when exactly? Did you accumulate your winnings with real money or did you use a bonus? When was the last time you spoke to the casino and what was it about?

The withdrawal was placed on Monday. I was unaware until the following day that my account. Wasn’t verified. This was then done on Wednesday. I have struggled to speak to someone as on the website chat it just tells you to wait for an email back. Finally had a response Friday saying withdrawals take 5 days to process and when I asked back about when it was likely to be done I’ve had nothing since.


the money was won using really money I had deposited myself
