I requested a payout for $50 on October 26, 2023. It is November 1, 2023, and my account still hasn't been verified. In fact, I email them every day and they don't even respond. I see that they are the same owners or management as Limitless and Extreme Casinos, whom I am verified with. I went through the same thing with them a month ago and finally got frustrated and played the money. So my account never got verified then either because by the time they got around to it I didn't have any money left. What a scam and a bunch of crooks. Don't waste your time or money.

Please understand that KYC is a very important and essential process, during which the casino makes sure that the money is sent to the rightful owner. As they don't have the luxury of being able to physically see all of the players and check their identification and documents, this is the only way gambling establishments are able to complete the verification procedures. None of the serious and licensed casinos takes KYC lightly and it might take a few working days to complete this thorough process.

Could you please advise which documents you have already provided and when exactly you sent the last one? Have you provided all the required documents as soon as possible and in the correct format?
