Good day,
I applied for a payout of 2000 euros on 05/31/22. The casino states a maximum processing time of 3 working days for withdrawals. Unfortunately, the status of my payout as of today 06/07/22 is still pending. Even after contacting the live chat several times, I keep being told that there are technical problems. I would be happy about a speedy payout of my winnings without further complications.

ich habe am 31.05.22 eine Auszahlung in Höhe von 2000 Euro beantragt. Das Casino gibt eine Bearbeitungszeit von max. 3 Werktagen für Auszahlungen an. Leider steht der Status meiner Auszahlung stand heute 07.06.22 immer noch auf Anstehend. Auch nach mehrmaligen Kontakt mit dem Live Chat wird mir immer wieder gesagt, das es technische Probleme gebe. Ich würde mich über eine zügige Auszahlung meines Gewinnes ohne weitere Komplikationen freuen.

Was this your first withdrawal request ever in the casino? When was the last time you contacted the casino and did they respond to you since? Did you accumulate your balance from real money or did you use any kind of bonus?
Please note that we usually advise to wait at least 14 days for the first withdrawal to be processed as it may take longer in some casinos to finish the verification process.

yes correct, this was my first payout at this casino. In other casinos, the whole thing is much faster.
My balance was topped up with real money transferred from my bank account. No bonuses or anything.
I contact the live chat almost daily and always get the same message. When asked if there is anything else I need to do. of the verification process, the live chat told me that my account was completely fine and I didn't need to do anything else. I would appreciate a quick processing of the payout from the casino.

ja korrekt, dieses war meine erste Auszahlung in diesem Casino. In anderen Casinos, geht das ganze deutlich schneller.
Mein Guthaben wurde durch echtes Geld, was von meinem Bankkonto überwiesen wurde aufgeladen. Kein Boni oder sonstiges.
Ich kontaktiere den Live Chat fast täglich und bekomme immer die gleiche Aussage. Auf die Frage ob ich noch irgendetwas tun muss bzg. des Verifizierungsprozesses, sagte mir der Live Chat das mein Konto vollständig in Ordnung sei und ich nichts weiter tun muss. Ich würde mich über eine schnelle Abwicklung der Auszahlung seitens des Casino freuen.

I can fully understand your concerns as it can be processed much faster in some casinos. On the other hand we have experience with some casinos where it can take much longer than even the 14 day period so I would definitely recommend to wait at least 1 more week for it to be processed. If there won't be any update until then, we will intervene.
