The player from the Netherlands had been attempting to withdraw their winnings for a week but the casino repeatedly delayed the process with various excuses including initial problems with their payment provider. The player's latest request had been pending approval for three days. The player then tried to switch the withdrawal method to crypto or e-wallet, as suggested by the casino. However, the player eventually cancelled the withdrawal and lost all the winnings by playing. As a result, we had to reject the complaint due to the player's actions.

Trying to get money now for a week. Every day they tell me different excuses. First there were problems with there payment provider so my withdrawal was cancelled and I had to make a new request. That request is pending now for 3 days without being approved. Altogether a week now.

I know I have to wait another week till you do something but I want to file the request already because I know when I’m being told BS.

However, please bear in mind that it’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. This delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests.

That’s why we advise players to be patient, cooperate fully with casino, and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before submitting a complaint.

If your account has been successfully verified, your game history checked, your withdrawal approved by the casino, and you still haven't received your winnings by 14 days since requesting the withdrawal, please, let us know and we will intervene and try to help you.

They still say they have a problem with their payment provider (Nodapay) so I’m ask them to pay me with crypto or e-wallet. They said if I made a withdrawal request with these methods it would be processed. So I cancelled my withdrawal to make a new withdrawal with crypto. So hopefully they going to pay me with crypto. I will keep you informed.

You can close this complaint, I went a little stupid and played with the rollback and lost it all.
