My deposit made on November 24th has not yet been credited to my account. Although the payment provider confirmed the transaction and reassured me after I reached out for verification, boomerang.bet claims they haven’t received the funds. It’s been 17 days since the deposit, and despite my daily inquiries, their response remains the same: they have contacted the payment provider but haven’t received any updates. This has been the ongoing situation for the past 17 days.

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I’m sorry to hear about your problem. If your deposit has never been credited to your casino account, the only thing I would recommend is contacting your payment provider. They need to investigate, but bear in mind, that it’s a complicated process that takes approximately one month. In these cases, the casino usually has its hands tied.
