Hello. Im having some issues withdrawing some money. They asked me to send picture of ID and i sent it and it got approved. Later i found out my withdrawal was rejected without getting any messages. I asked the chat and they told me i need to take a photo where i have picture of passport, with my face and their webpage in the background with all the info being easily readable. Ive tried to do a photo like that but its imposible to get all the details clear. I asked to rather send 2 photos seperately, one with passport and face and one with passport and their login. But it got refused. I have never been asked to provide something like this before from other sites. What should i do?

Do I understand correctly that the selfie is the only thing holding you back from completing the KYC? Did you at least try to send the selfie? Have you provided all the other required documents?
