The player from Finland had requested a withdrawal less than two weeks prior to submitting his complaint. His money hadn't been received at that time. The Complaints Team had advised him that withdrawals could take time to process and might be delayed due to KYC verification or a high volume of requests. However, shortly after submitting his complaint, the player informed us that he had received his payment and the issue was resolved. We had subsequently marked the complaint as 'resolved' in our system.

I withdrew 1000€ 25.04.2024, according to the site, they approved the payment 29.04. The payment has not reached my bank account. I have asked about it and got no reply for the matter. I have asked for a receipt of payment but they have not replied. They just say that they escalate the case forward.


According to my bank, SEPA payment should have allready come through if the payment was made. They had no record of the payment and suspected that it had not been made.

However, please bear in mind that it’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. This delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests.
That’s why we advise players to be patient, cooperate fully with casino, and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before submitting a complaint.

If your account has been successfully verified, your game history checked, your withdrawal approved by the casino, and you still haven't received your winnings by 14 days since requesting the withdrawal, we will intervene and do our best to help you.
