The player made a deposit using his wife’s card, which the casino approved at first. Then his winnings were voided, because of this reason. The casino never allowed the player to use other than his cards, therefore we rejected this complaint.

I made an account, I used my wife's card because I was waiting for my new one to arrive


I got my wife to write a letter, the verification team verified it all.


I was waiting for a 1500 withdrawal to get processed.


I got a email saying I used my wife's card thus all winnings are void. That are refusing to.pay.me and now have canceled the withdrawal

However, if the casino was aware of this fact and allowed you to use your wife’s card, your winnings shouldn’t be confiscated.


Could you please forward any relevant communication between you and the casino to kristina.s@casino.guru? I would mainly like to see the letter and approval from the casino, that you are permitted to use your wife’s card.

Thank you for your email, but I don't see a proof that you sent the letter your wife wrote to the casino and I would also like to see the letter itself. Could you send it to me as well?


When did you make your first deposit, please? Was it before or after sending all the documents for verification?

Wayne, unfortunately, we cannot help you under these circumstances. You deposited with a third-party card and only then you informed the casino about it. You were never allowed to use this card and we believe Bonza Spins Casino didn't do anything wrong.


Please, to avoid situations like this in the future, deposit only using your own funds.
