I have asked the casino about the missing win so we can wait for their response on that first.

I wanted more here to announce that they have this campaign which according to the calculation is not achievable. And no, you can't play slots, but only live casino with that promotion, where roulette is then the fastest way.

Unfortunately once you accepted the bonus, you agreed to it's terms and conditions. Bonuses are designed by the casino directly to make it as attractive as possible, sometimes just to adjust the player's balance so they can play more.

Also if you have to wager 40K while you bet 5€ at max it means you have to make 8000 spins which is only something above 5 days.

Could you please advise how much did you deposit exactly?

Well, it would have been about 5 days that you write in normal cases, but here only 20% of the stake applies as wagering. So you have to play 25 days during 24 hours of play to reach the wagering requirement, and the promotion allows Max 10 days to complete the promotion.

Unfortunately if it was not specifically your case, there is nothing we can do. With your deposited amount you could easily finish the bonus without any problem and we have not yet received any other complaints regarding this specific bonus.

I believe that there must be an explanation behind the high wagering but as no complaint arrived regarding it where it was practically impossible to finish the bonus, there is no reason for further investigation.
