The player from Finland requested a withdrawal two weeks ago that is still being processed. The player later confirmed that the withdrawal was processed successfully, therefore we marked this complaint as resolved.
I made a withdrawal on 22.6 and the status is still being processed and I have been in contact with customer service many times, and the answer is always that there is a backlog and they cannot tell me the time frame. My account was verified before the withdrawal event, and more documents were also requested several times. After this repatriation, no more KYC documents have been requested.
