deposited money and they gave a bonus, played the pokies as I was told to do until I played it through so I could play live roulette. got it upto over $50,000 and played it down to $70. Managed to get it back up to $36350.01 and tried to withdrawl. They stuffed me around asking for extra verification documents for over a week which I did every time and then finally they deactivated my account saying I breached the bonus money terms & conditions by playing some poker machine bets over $5 at the start. So refused to pay me anything and deactivated my account. They are scammers. Got all my information to do god knows what with and are happy to take money and bets but refuse to pay when it’s time

Dear Jean,

I’m sorry to hear your winnings were cancelled. Let me ask you a question to fully understand the problem. Which bonus exactly did you play with? It is very common for casinos to limit the winnings from bonuses and implement other restrictions (e. g. maximum bet). If you breached the Bonus T&Cs, there is not much we can do. However, I would like to have a look at the terms and see if I can help.

Best regards,

Peter

I was given a bonus when I opeNed my account and they would give me bonus when I would make deposits. But they shouldn’t keep accepting deposits and bets if they never intend on paying

I played roulette got my balance above $50,000.00 and played more roulette and Pokies until I nearly lost everything about $70.00 left I think it was. I built it back up to over $30,000 again and they wouldn’t let me withdraw. I made several deposits since opening my account before I tried to withdraw. and I have screen shots of them wiping my account history before they disabled it. I called them out on it and then they were telling me to clear my cache and browsing history and I should get my money. I have screen shots of all this. Just one big cover up.

Hi Jean,

Thank you for your replies. You couldn't find a licensing authority because there isn't one. This doesn't mean the casino is bad, there is just no authority to regulate it's gambling services. Still, the casino can set their own rules for their bonuses. My question is, did you make bets higher than A$5?

Best regards,

Peter

Hi Jean,

Thank you for your honest answer. I'm sorry but in this case we cannot penalize the casino. The maximum bet limit is a very common rule when playing with bonuses. I recommend you to always read the terms carefully before you start playing. I'm sorry I couldn't help more. I will have to reject your complaint.

Best regards,

Peter
