Hello, i did take Part in the prize Drops promotion, i was able to opt in by myself. Then i wanted to opt out and its Not able for players by themselve to opt out. I want to opt out cause prize Drops have a 4x max cashout and they would destroy any raw cash Real money balance, the Support dont want to opt me out.
