Had a withdrawal of $2000 provided all documents to say that it did not arrive into my bank account including letter and statements from my bank and they told me there was nothing they could do about it. Tried contacting the Payment service providers but the couldn’t do anything either. Very very disappointed. It’s like $2000 just went up into the air
