After he had cancelled a previous pending withdrawal and verified his account, his withdrawal request of 13000 was still pending for over 48 hours. We had asked him several questions to better understand the situation. However, the player informed us that his issue had been resolved and he had received the full amount he had withdrawn. On 8th January I withdraw 13000 for 1st time but on 9th i saw withdrawal pending i contact support, they told me to verify, Then I verify my Profile and it completed on next day.then i rewithdraw that money by cancelling previous . But until today 11th January my withdrawal still pending over 48 hours when I placed last withdrawal. Please help me. And complete my withdrawal please. I have verified account..

Could you please advise since when is your account fully verified? Did you accumulate your winnings with real money or did you use a bonus? When was the last time you spoke to the casino and what was it about?
