After the player reported that the required documents were verified, the withdrawal was confirmed and sent to his Skrill account within five hours. Made withdrawal of 1231,14€ 13.09.2024. Couple days later got an email that said account verification needed. I uploaded all documents that needed everything visible and clear. After upload contacted livechat and told documents are uploaded and they told me to wait 0-48 hours. Nothing happened so I contacted again in livechat, the operator told that there are problems with verification process and told me to wait until end of day. Next day went again to livechat because nothing happened, again agent told me to wait and made a ticket about it. Got an email later that said to wait few days they are working with issue. Nothing has happened and the more I read about this problems with this Blaze casino the more I wanted to bring this problem out fast as possible because i’m not interested to wait multiple months as some people had with this exactly same problem. So, please help me through this because I can’t do anything more. 

Contacted livechat seven times and email three times, nothing happened.

However, please bear in mind that it’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. This delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests.
That’s why we advise players to be patient, cooperate fully with casino, and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before submitting a complaint.

If your account has been successfully verified, your game history checked, your withdrawal approved by the casino, and you still haven't received your winnings by 14 days since requesting the withdrawal, we will intervene and do our best to help you.

Okay. The problem is that they haven’t verified the documents in 9 days so withdrawal is impossible without that. And thank you Nick.

Documents were verified today 10:16 AM. Withdrawal still pending. Contacted the operator through livechat and he gave a 72 hour timeline but most likely faster than that. Finally got good service from the livechat after many tries. Blaze Paturin👍🏻


Will update when the withdrawal has credited to my skrill account.

14:40 today withdrawal was confirmed and sent to skrill. Blaze is totally legit and working but sometimes there are long delays! Be ready for that. This time the 0-48 hours document verification was total of 9-10 days but after that withdrawal was five hours about. Hopefully they learn to keep the promised timeframes in futures and grow confidence between clients. Happy after all.


Can promote but be ready for some delay. Ticket two weeks and withdrawal 72 hours.
