Blackjack.fun Casino - Player's withdrawal remains delayed.

Hello,

On 7 January 2025, I decided to withdraw part of my balance which is 0.055 btc or around 5300$ right now. They kept stalling and ignoring me via email til 22 January 2025 where they told me to submit my KYC documents which I did on the same day. Now it's over 1 month, my withdrawal is still pending, and my KYC status is still awaiting confirmation. I've tried many methods to contact them, but they kept ignoring in emails, in live chat, and in telegram as well.

I hope casino guru can help me with this problem.

• I've provided all the required documents for KYC verification in their platform on 22 January 2025 (ID Card, Bank statement for proof of residence, and selfie with some personal infos, and my KYC status is still "Awaiting confirmation" on the platform.
• No I didn't use a bonus
• I sent you all my communication to your email
