The player from United States is complaining about missed games while playing blackjack. Due to a technical issue, the player hasn’t been given an option to make a decision. The hands with a high count were simply skipped. We rejected the complaint because the player didn't respond to our messages and questions.

I like to play 3 hands at a time of Black Jack, and expect to play each hand in order right to left. Apparently the lighted circle expects me to stay when the count is high. I prefer to make up my own mind about that. At times I've had a skipped hand because the lighted circle indicating which hand is in play - it's skipped a hand I wanted to hit.
