I won 100+ usd at the casino, then the casino blocked my account because " I violated their T&C", without ever stating which T&C I substantially violated with. Then the casino says "We'll only let you withdraw the amount you initially deposited", namely, 121 dollars, unblocked my account and let me do the withdrawal. Then the withdrawal can't be submitted as the minimum amount for withdrawal is 150. Then the casino just blocked my account and forfeited my 121 dollars repeatedly stating that I breached their T & C. Absolutely ridiculous.

Hello,


Yes, I had my account verified yesterday, and I only played 1 game, which I won and received some money.

I spoke with them yesterday, without a change they insist on me breaching their T & C repeatedly, but no stating anything in exact at all, and first they told me I could withdraw my initial deposit, but then they say all your money is confiscated so no withdrawal.

Although it took a while I have received a response from the BK8 Casino team that there were some inconsistencies with your Sportsbetting gameplay. The casino team has provided this response:

The members have been involved in sports arbitrage activities, which is not tolerated by all operators hence we need to proceed with account suspension.

As your complaint was sports betting related, unfortunately, we don't have a branch dealing with sports betting yet.
