Was asked if I wanted a diff game, then went on to do the same game "fruit million"
Spent almost 2 hrs, on chat, with 3 different employees that I had to tell the same story (with snapshots of errors)

How long since you first claimed any no deposit bonus? Are you verified in the casino? How many times did you deposit since the bonus is not working? Could you please specify which bonuses are those - VIP or from an other affilate site?
I've checked the terms and conditions and based on your country of residence you should be able to claim free bonuses and it's kind of strange that the casino knows already about the issue, as they should have most likely credit you the bonuses manualy.
