They are just thieves don't try it you will lose your money they are scammers
I played about 140€ finally managed to make it 320 and in the end I couldn't withdraw because it says the card is not accepted because it is worn out.
I asked them for my money back and of course no one responded

Έπαιξα περίπου 140€ τελικά κατάφερα να τα κάνω 320 και τελικά δεν μπόρεσα να κάνω ανάληψη γιατί λέει ότι η κάρτα δεν είναι αποδεκτή λόγο ότι έχει φθαρεί.
Τους ζήτησα τα χρήματα μου πίσω και φυσικά δεν ανταποκρίθηκε κανένας είναι

The amount is no longer in the account because after too many withdrawal attempts they canceled it now I realized that they won't give it to me and then I just played and lost it as in all the other cases I read that it has happened to other players.
I couldn't successfully withdraw because they won't accept my card on ID because they say it's worn.
I was sure it would be authenticated because I have played in other casinos and never had a problem with document authentication so I deposited money won some decent money and I couldn't withdraw it because it is not approved.
It should be noted that at first I was trying to withdraw €50
After the cancellations I received I continued to play and managed to make 320.
Then I tried to withdraw €95 to see if they would approve it so I could withdraw the rest afterwards.
So since that didn't get approved either I just said it won't let you get them so I continued playing.
Το ποσό πλέον δεν υπάρχει στον λογαριασμό γιατί μετά από πάρα πολλές απόπειρες ανάληψης που μου τις ακύρωσαν πλέον κατάλαβα ότι δεν θα μου τα δώσουν και μετά απλά έπαιξα και τα έχασα οπός και σε όλες τις άλλες περιπτώσεις που διάβασα ότι έχει συμβεί με άλλους παίχτες.
Δεν μπόρεσα να κάνω επιτυχή ανάληψη γιατί δεν μου δέχονται την κάρτα μου στην ταυτοποίηση επειδή λένε ότι είναι φθαρμένη.
Εγώ ήμουν σίγουρη ότι θα γινόταν η ταυτοποίηση επειδή έχω παίξει και σε άλλα καζίνο και πότε δεν είχα πρόβλημα με την ταυτοποίηση των εγγράφων οπότε έβαλα χρήματα κέρδισα κάποια αρκετά χρήματα και δεν μπόρεσα να τα κάνω ανάληψη γιατί δεν εγκρίνεται.
Να σημειωθεί ότι στην αρχή προσπαθούσα να κάνω ανάληψη 50€
Μετά τις ακυρώσεις που δέχτηκα συνέχισα να παίζω και κατάφερα να τα κάνω 320.
Μετά προσπάθησα να κάνω 95€ ανάληψη για να δω αν θα την εγκρίνουν για να κάνω ανάληψη μετά και τα υπόλοιπα.
Εφόσον λοιπόν δεν εγκρίθηκε ούτε αυτό απλά είπα ότι δεν θα σε αφήσει να τα πάρεις οπότε συνέχισα να παίζω.

I understand that this would have never happened if you could withdraw on the first attempt but at this point, we cannot ask the casino to refund your lost winnings.

I did not ask for my lost winnings in any case I asked for the money where I have deposited the reason where I was not allowed to withdraw my winnings.
And his answers are always that I have agreed to the terms of service without mentioning that they are doing this as a system to cheat the players.

Δεν ζήτησα τα χαμένα μου κέρδη σε καμία περίπτωση ζήτησα τα χρήματα όπου έχω κάνει κατάθεση για τον λόγο όπου δεν μου επέτρεψαν να κάνω ανάληψη τα κέρδη μου.
Και οι απαντήσεις του είναι πάντα ότι έχω συμφωνήσει με τους όρους υπηρεσιών χωρίς όμως να αναφερθούμε στο ότι αυτό το κάνουν σύστημα για να εξαπατήσουν τους παίχτες.
