hello ,i hope you can give me some information and help me because i pure got scammed . i deposited 195 $ and give me 97 $ thuesday bonus with wagger 3900 $ . i was playing 10 hours in a row the same gamme mummiland treasure buying features 100 $ ( bet inside feature its 0.20 $ ) finally i had win after 10 hours and i waggered this amount and they told me about rules violation.. because my bet was higher then 5 $ i can show you screens . now i email support i got a message widrawal was aproved , im goign to support then i got next email declined widrawal , they also making fun on people like i didnt understand the situation i can show yo uscreens .. please maybe you know how to help me because this is last money i needed this a lot for my daughter shes in clinic .

Could you please advise if your account is already verified and if yes, since when exactly? Can you please forward your betting history to nikolas.b@casino.guru? When was the last time you spoke to the casino and what was it about?

Please note that if you really did "buy-in" and did bet over $5, the casino has right to void any winnings generated from the bonus.

Unfortunately, even if you can confirm that you did bet over the maximum allowed limit, there is nothing we can possibly do. Please always read the bonus terms and conditions before accepting any bonuses form the casino to prevent such issues from occurring.
