I deposited about €25 in Litecoin in this casino.
Got the 100% welcome bonus and thought great, here we go. But no !!! Not a single game can be opened in real money mode. I've tried different browsers with no success (either I'm taken to the start page and have to log in again, which doesn't work either, or I get a 404 ERROR.) Of course I contacted support, who asked me to come later if they had passed the problem.
I come back and get the answer again there is no solution I should come back later.
This is unacceptable in my opinion and I just want my money back. Playing there is absolutely out of the question.

Habe den 100% Willkommensbonus erhalten und dachte super jetzt gehts los. Aber nein !!! Kein einziges Spiel lässt sich im Echtgeldmodus öffnen. Ich habe verschiedene Browser probiert und in keinem Erfolg gehabt (entweder ich werde auf die Startseite geleitet und muss mich erneut einloggen was dann auch nicht funktioniert oder Es kommt Fehler 404 ERROR.) Natürlich habe ich den Support kontaktiert der mich bat spöter zu kommen sie hätten das Problem weitergegeben.
Ich komme zurück und erhalte wieder die Antwort es gibt keine Lösung ich soll später wieder kommen.
Das ist in meinen Augen nicht vertretbar und ich möchte einfach nur mein Geld zurück. Dort spielen kommt absolut nicht mehr in Frage.
