The player's unable to withdraw his balance as he is unable to verify his deposit. The complaint was rejected as the player stopped responding.
I have been trying to withdraw my money from this site since beginning of May. They kept canceling my withdrawals giving some nonsense reasons. Then they upgraded the platform and all accounts according to them were deleted and I was supposed to submit details of my previous account to restore it on the new platform. I gave them everything, I have screenshots of my balance which I sent. Now they are asking for details of the deposit I made with them through bitcoins. On my bitcoin wallet I had 2 nearly identic transactions and I told them that I was sure it was one of them. They are saying that they have no such transactions... But I have only 1 wallet and for sure is one of them. They are not responding anymore. This is just an excuse not to pay. Please anyone that read this, stay away from this scammers.

Could you please advise which documents are already approved by the casino? How many deposits did you make into the casino in total? Can you please forward us the screenshot of the deposit or any other evidence you have regarding the case to nikolas.b@casino.guru? When was the last time you spoke to the casino and what was it about?
