Dear Casino Guru,


I confirmed a withdrawal request on August 15 in the amount of

.1298 BTC.


I was hoping that by now, BitDice would process my withdrawals in a timely manner (72 hours as they advertise) but clearly this just isn’t going to happen.


To make matters even worse, BitDice has now Deactivated my account.


After seeing many, many people complain about their withdrawals and continuously being lied to and having nowhere to turn, I took it upon myself to post links to my AskGambler complaints in the chat for others to follow. It appears to have worked as others are now starting to get their withdrawals after posting their Complaints on that site.


Chat mods didn't like that so rather than just banning me from chat, they have now chosen to Deactivate my account which still has

.231 BTC in it.


What kind of scam is that?


You crooks have been holding my money for MONTHS and now want to Deactivate my account?


BitDice, I want my .1298 BTC from this pending withdrawal and the .231 BTC you still owe me.

Could you please advise if your account is already verified and is yes, since when exactly? Did you receive your previous withdrawal which was mentioned in the previous complaint? Did they in any way specify the reason behind closing your account? When was the last time you spoke to the casino and what was it about?

Hi Nick,


Could you please advise if your account is already verified and is yes, since when exactly? 

My account has been fully verified (KYC) since May 12, 2022.


Did you receive your previous withdrawal which was mentioned in the previous complaint? 

I have not received my withdrawal in this most recent current complaint.


Did they in any way specify the reason behind closing your account? 

I spoke with Elon on Twitter and he said I was being rude in the chat room.


When was the last time you spoke to the casino and what was it about?

I spoke with Elon on Twitter and he assured me I would be able to withdrawal my remaining balance (even though I can't currently log-in). Elon said he would ask management about how to proceed with withdrawing my remining balance. I asked Elon to tell management that if they Re-activate my account so that I can continue withdrawing, I would NEVER post in their chat room ever again. This was a few days ago and I have yet to hear back from him since.

As the withdrawal usually takes up to 14 days, be sure to wait until the end of the week for it to arrive. If it won't we will try to intervene. Let us know in case of any update.

As I said above, my withdrawals always take 1 month and sometimes longer.
