I must admit this is very strange and specific situation. I checked both websites - Cryptobet (cryptobet.com) and Bitcoinbet (bitcoinbet.com). They are completely identical and even contact for the support is the same, as Wero51 has already pointed out. There is clearly a connection between these two websites (which is also mentioned in some of the articles in 'News' section on both websites).
Kate, we don't have Bitcoinbet Casino in our database, but we are working on it at the moment and it will be published in a few days. Then we will transfer this complaint from Cryptobet Casino to Bitcoinbet Casino. But what is really confusing me is, that we contact you using the same email address that I found on the Bitcoinbet website, so we will add the same email address for complaints to this casino. How is it possible, please? Isn't there a chance that you could check the player's account even though it is a different casino?
I would like to know if we can continue resolving this complaint here under Cryptobet Casino, like it is for Bitcoinbet Casino, until we are able to transfer it. (As I've already mentioned, this will be possible when the review for Bitcoinbet Casino is published).
