Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I’m sorry to hear about your problem with BingoSpirit Casino.

Since you are aware of placing accidentally several bets over the allowed maximum, could you please advise if you have continued playing after this incident? Have you completed the wagering requirements or the casino has been notified immediately?

We would like to see casinos implementing systems that would prevent players from placing higher than allowed bets, but, unfortunately, this is not a standard practice yet.

Yes I continued playing, I requested a $3000 withdrawal on 3/14/2022 and it was Denied on 3/19/2022. During that time I continued to play and won additional money and had a balance of $4588.45 which made the total balance $7588.45.


I completed the wager requirement before I requested the $3000 withdrawal on 3/14/2022.

Dear Melissa,

I believe that you did play that way for a long time but unfortunately it is a difference when playing with real money and playing with a bonus. The real money bets usually never have a max bet rule so you are free to bet any amount. Bonuses on the other side usually always come with a max bet rule. We would really like to see the casinos to implement a system which would prevent the player's from betting over the maximum allowed but unfortunately it is not a industry standard yet and we can't punish the casino if they void the player's winnings for breaching those terms and the player is also responsible to read them before even playing or registering into the casino. I'm really sorry that we can't help you out more in this case but as you breached the casino terms, our hands are tied. Is there anything else we can assist you with?
