Deposited money from my crypto wallet .Confirmed with my exchange that the casino had received my funds and they told me they are working on the issue and can take a couple of hours .It has now been nearly 24 hours and I keep getting a reply of we are working on the situation

I would like to warn you, that if your deposit has never been credited to your casino account, the only thing you can do is to contact your payment provider. They need to investigate, but bear in mind, that it’s a lengthy process that takes approximately one month. In these cases, the casino has its hands tied. Meanwhile, I would strongly recommend not to deposit any more funds until the issue is sorted.

  • Could you please advise if the e-wallet address to deposit funds into your account was visible on the casino’s website for all the players or if you were provided a unique one when opening the account?
  • Was it your first deposit in this casino?
  • Could you please forward a full Transaction hash and the name of the Network?

Hi has not been my first time deposited

I just had to use there wallet address for ripple and it was from my CoinSpot account .I was told by my exchange the funds have been cleared on my side in total there has been lots of emails back and forth and they can’t give me a time it will be resolved .I also was emailed asking if I would like my 80 deposit in the form of a bonus with no play through .I have not had a problem prior except for slow deposits maybe 40 mins max never ever nearly 24 hours .I keep on messaging and they say please kindly wait .I think I have waited long enough especially when they say crypto is pretty much instant .

I just had the casino reach out to me and say I never put the correct tag .but that’s not true because I had my exchange show me the details .They said they have credited the money to my account just now .Funny how as soon as you are involved it gets sorted thank you
