The player from Alberta deposited $25 into their casino account but the funds were never credited. We closed the complaint because the player was no longer interested in our help.
I deposited 25.00 through a request for funds and you took my money and never credited it to my account, I will take the loss for,the 25.00 but will be bad mouthing this casino with all my fellow on line players and I will be giving you a zero star review, hope your not long for on line gambling site

If your deposit has never been credited to your casino account, the only thing I would recommend is contacting your payment provider. They need to investigate, but bear in mind, that it’s a complicated process that takes one month approximately. In these cases, the casino usually has its hands tied.

I closed my account I feel that this casino was not ligit, I tried to withdraw and it wouldn’t let me it just kept spinning, I went in to the review page and left a bad review and have told all my friends and family it is a scam, to bad it had some good games, you can close the complaint
