Big Dollar Casino. BEWARE OF BONUSES. I deposited $200 US Dollars with Big Dollar Casino (https://www.betbigdollar.com) for a $1,000 bonus. I read on their site that I would have to wager through $60,000 in order to be able withdraw my remaining balance. However, buried in the "Terms and conditions", was that they will only pay up to $1,000 no matter how much of your balance exceeds that amount. I ended up with $9,000 after fulfilling the $60,000 wager requirements. After 4 business days I called their support number for a payment status. This is when they told me they would only be paying me $1,000 of the $9,000 I won. This is because I was playing with bonus money and not real money, despite my $200. The remaining balance ($8,000) is voided once the withdrawal process is initiated. Their payout of $1,000 includes my initial $200 for the bonus offer. So the max profit I made from a $200 match deposit is only $800 dollars, not $1,000. At no point during my wagering or withdrawal process was I warned or told that I reached the maximum amount to withdraw. When I originally spoke with customer support, when initiating the withdrawal, they said nothing about the $9,000 being adjusted to $800 (profit). This casino is owned operated by Genesys Technology N.V, and is located in Curaçao. An island in South America. Do not waste your time and money with this site. It is not worth any bonus they offer.

Could you please advise if your account is already verified and is yes, since when exactly? Can you please specify which exact bonus did you use? When was the last time you speak to the casino and what was it about?
