So I'm very frustrated and upset with this Casino, as i REALLY ENJOYED it until i i tried to get this cashout, now I'm just upset i even have to "complain, or report" them, i mean ive never had any problems with them (besides there absolutely horrible live chat employee's, who treat you like garbage for even contacting them) i actually stopped playing at all casinos except for this one and the ones that are owned by them as well (jackpot wheel, lucky creek, etc) but the weirdest part is I've never had any problems with them before, they just do not want to pay me my $3,580 (it was 3,680 but after 2 failed wire transfers and 2 checks were charged and wasted time it's now 3,580 I guess I paid for being a customer here)

so my $3580, was one April 19 2021 and I cashed it out instantly within that 24 hours, its strange to me because IDK why there not paying me, as they attempted to pay me, first we tried 2 bank wires (the first one came back cause PayPal doesn't accept foreign transactions, 2nd one miscommunication ) then I paid $30 ( all these charges were out of my winning's but they are trying to play dumb about that to so i won't be seeing that $100) so all that time wasted and still no pay (about 56 days)

after I have the 2 checks no bank will accept them, and then I call big dollar and they tell me, I must've had a canadian bank?? which idk why they wouldnt tell me this in the begining, so NATALIE decides to take this into her own hands as it's taken so long and im getting frusturated, alsio the fact I took theere word for it I pawned my dead wifes wedding ring thinking I was getting paid on a certain day just to find out there giving me the runaround and it's to late for me to get that ring back and im mad at myself for even trusting in someone who doesnt care, I thought she did but no, she then tells me to rip up theese checks and write void on them and she will make sure im paid by this following monday, so I did that monday comes still nothing and here we are 6/17/21 stikll waiting for fior my 3,580, as they say, were waiting for the processor to return it back to my account aso we can start all over, I asked how long is the procesor going to take? "idk" at this point i wouild have just opened a new acct with the checks now i have nothing and waiting in limbo, i have proof of them teklling me its all fine even to conversations &me winning the physical ammount, i would reccomend this casino, if you like to get lied to after what you think is building trust with eachother there going to stab you in the back and think your dumb, it sucks cause i really enjoyed this place and they payed everything out which is weird that they wont paty me my $3,580mit sucks its even had to come down to this, but i need what is rightfully mine, without them playing games i do not have anytime for this shit, i wish i would have read the reviews on this casino ,, but THEY NEED TO PAY ME MY $3,580 NO MORE EXCUSESS IVE BEEN WAITING ALMOST 97 DAYS THIS IS INSANE , THEY WILLL TELL YOU WHAT YOU WANT TO HEAR & LET YOU DOWN HARD CORE, NATALIE ACTUALLY MESSED THIS THING UP WORSE SO I WOULDNT TRUST HER WITH ANYTHING,

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I’m very sorry to hear about your negative experience. Have you ever made a successful withdrawal before, or was this your first attempt? Could you please clarify which withdrawal method did you opted for? I see wire transfer in the Withdrawal section, but Bitcoin wallet is mentioned in one of the screenshots of the conversation with live chat support.

Yeah, so all of the withdrawls ive made with this casino were all BTC, (they were under $1000)

so i got 2 larger wins over $1000, (april 19,2021 $3680, and a couple weeks after that $2000)


ao i didnt feel comfortable having a large ammount get lost in the btc network(which i should of stayed with btc cause now im just waiting for my $3580)


so the person i talked to said try a bank wire, so i called pay pal and asked for there swift code and all that, told them what was going on, well 21 days later i get a call from paypal sasying they dont accept foreign transactions after waititng all this time.


so i call my promary bank capital 1 and they said that is something they do,

well after filling out the jcorrect bankwire information this tuime i get a email from "cody from vip player services" saying hes sorry for the hiccup and can mail me a check

so i cancled the bamk wire and opted for the checks instead, now keep in mind i got charged for all of this (2 bank wires that failed at $20 per wire &22 days each, 2 checks that they later on decided to tell me i needed a canadian bank and to rip them up and they will send it btc $30-check x2)


so thats $100 taken out of my winnings that il never see,

then as you will see in the email im gouing to send you "natalie" told me to rip up check and right void and she will make sure im payed by moday, monday comes nothing about my $3680!(3580$ after failed charges)


the 2000 came about a week and a half ago, which was placed after and reasons why its so annoying because it came as $1726! not 2000 and the other one that they even reassured was sent in a text im going to send you, wasnt even there and when i called they said finance is looking into it (i have all that to so watch out for this email im going to send you thank you)


this has been a nightmmare but my main dispute is my mmissing $3680,($3580 after failed transactions whihch i dont thing i should pay for for pain and suffering ) im going to emauil you everything now thanks i appreciate it , this has been a night mare, and there just laughing at it , its frusturating because i really liked this place now they just treat me like dog shit

its a real bummer cause i wish they had integrity and were honest and didnt do this to me, its a bummer because all and all they really were my favorite casino, until they tried to pull this stuff on me, and as im sitting here and im hurting for cash, and they owe me $3580, and no one cares im running it through you guys first but i called the gaming board of where there located and i told them that it should be getting worked out, i didnt tell them the name of the casino quite yet, im still making sure they just be honest and fair, i have litterally played 1000's of dollars there within the year ive been playing, idk why there even doing this to me but ive noticed they stopped sending me my vip emails and stuff which is just sad, they could of payed me and probably made that back but they want to burn me or whatever there doing? obviously i have enough proof

Unfortunately, even if the casino replied to us, they could not provide us any information so far. We will give them 7 more days to respond. However, if they will still fail to provide any evidence we will be forced to close the complaint as unresolved which may negatively affect the casino's rating.

so to top it all off, they paid me about 500$ less than what they owe me, but ive played at 3 of these casinos by the same owner,

A)lUCKY CREEK

B)BIG DOLLAR(CURRENTLY SAYS MY ACCOUNT IS UNDER REVIEW BECAUSE I TOLD THEM I DIDNT WANT TO PLAY HERE)

C)JACKPOT WHEEL(still new within this month)


Now the fact i was paid way less on the original one after like 103 days or something ridiculous like that is insane


but as i mentioned in the beginning i want this casino to be honest, as they have great potential if they followed through and didn't tell players wolf stories


now I won about 100$ after I deposited about 100$(jackpot slot)

and I was hoping they could not piss me off but here they are again,

playing games I even deposited after i wone and played about 380$ so it's not like im a bum asking for handouts im a solid player and i don't even know why i gave them a 2nd chance(i just thought maybe each casino has different staff"


now I'm "waiting to be verified" even though I've withdrawal from all these casinos before

and there not responding or answering my calls their instant chat is f******** a joke if that's how they want there "face" of the casino to attract customers


so im 500$ short on a 3grand payment and now getting a run around for $701(deposited in BTC)


which makes me think are they jerks like waiting til bitcoin isn't worth s*** and then paying out so they save money? isn't that like illegal


ugh

701$ is a lot of money to me, and i don't know why they do this when they obviously could be an awesome casino ya know? thanks
